💥 Your goal in each playthrough is to travel as far as possible through the rivers and highways that stand in your character's path, collecting coins along the way to unlock new playable characters. 🔃 The first time you lose a life in a playthrough, you'll restart at the point you died. How to play?

🐤 Step 1: When Crossy Road starts up, choose the default yellow chick character. Tap "Play" to begin your crossing adventure!

🐥 Step 2: You'll see the little chick standing at the edge of 4 lanes of never-ending traffic. Simply tap the screen once to make the chick hop forward one space.

🚘 Step 3: Wait for a gap to appear between vehicles on your chosen lane, then tap repeatedly to hop across that lane before the next vehicle arrives. Precision is key to dodge fast-moving traffic!

⚠️ Step 4: If your character is hit by a vehicle or carried off by an eagle 🦅, they'll be knocked back to the start. You only have a limited number of lives, so play strategically to go the furthest.

🪙 Step 5: As you safely cross lanes, you'll occasionally collect coins. Collect 100 to unlock a new playable character with unique abilities and animations.

👟 Step 6: In addition to tapping, you can swipe the screen in 4 directions to move the character horizontally one space, dodging oncoming vehicles at the last moment. Practice swiping at different speeds.

🎆 Step 7: Experiment with different strategies like hopping in short bursts versus long strides.Faster movement allows less reaction time but covers more ground in case a gap suddenly opens up.
