How to play?

💡Step 1: When you first launch 2248, you will see a grid board filled with numbered blocks. The higher the number, the higher the points! Tap on any number to select it.

👉Step 2: Slide your finger in any direction - up, down, left or right - to move the selected number. But you can only slide in a straight line. Diagonal moves are not allowed.

🔢Step 3: Look for another number of the same value on the board. Move your selected number toward it. Once the two numbers meet, they will merge into a new number with a higher value. For example, two 5s become a 10.

🎉Step 4: Congratulations! You scored points equal to the new merged number. Now select that merged number and look for another match to connect for even more points!

💥Step 5: Stuck and can't find any matches? Use a power-up! The hammer 🔨 will smash a single number into a new random value. The swapper ↔️ will change the value of two numbers. Power-ups refresh over time so use them wisely!

Keep merging numbers to get higher scores and advance to the next level.
